The silent pattern that leaves even the most capable women feeling unsupported and how it’s costing you your life force.
The unseen wound passed down through generations that quietly limits your ability to trust, collaborate, and feel safe being fully seen.
The culturally accepted trap disguised as success and why it’s pulling you further away from your true purpose, your health and real connection.

Lorna is a digestive health coach and yoga therapist devoted to supporting women to restore natural rhythm, clear inflammation, and return to the wisdom of their bodies.
Her work centres on seasonal living, digestive and hormonal health, and creating the inner conditions for women to lead and serve from clarity rather than exhaustion.
Alongside this, Lorna is walking a personal path of returning to her own indigenous roots in Scotland, listening deeply to the land, the plants, and the ancestral wisdom that lives beneath her feet.
Like many women in the UK today, she is exploring how to integrate these old ways into modern life, not to return to the past, but to meet today’s challenges with grounded feminine intelligence and community support.
Katherine is a women’s embodiment coach, yoga therapist and shamanic practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the feminine healing arts. Her work invites women to remember who they are beyond the roles and survival strategies, reclaiming sovereignty, restoring sisterhood, and living from soul.
She too is on a journey of reconnection with her ancestral lineage and the indigenous wisdom of this land. At a time when so many women in the UK are seeing that our current ways of working, serving, and striving are leading to burnout and disconnection, Katherine is devoted to remembering, and helping others remember , how we can live in deeper harmony with the Earth, each other, and ourselves.
Together, Lorna and Katherine are part of a growing movement of women reclaiming ancestral intelligence not as a nostalgic return, but as a living response to the imbalance of our times. Their work is rooted in the belief that healing ourselves and our relationships with the body, with the land, and with one another, is how we begin to shape a new world.
